I think used brass should be worth half of what new brass cost, but used brass varies from caliber to caliber, time of year and region to region. Before I got into reloading I picked up all of the brass I could scavenge at the gravel pits that people let there after they were done shooting and I bought some off the local hunting forum at a decent price.
